· Nov. 8 - 16: We craft your order in our artisanal workshop, located just 2km from our farms.
· Nov. 17: Orders are shipped from Ecuador to the US & Canada.
· By Nov. 24: Delivery to your doorstep in time for the US Thanksgiving holiday.

We are delighted to announce that November's collection will be crafted exclusively with our single-origin San Dimas cacao.
This exceptional cacao is a direct expression of its environment, reflecting the rich biodiversity of our cloud forest farms. The sensory profile begins with an aromatic bouquet of tropical flowers, wild berries, and forest moss. On the palate, initial notes of ripe blackberry and zesty lemongrass evolve into a rich, dark chocolate finish, creating a complex and memorable tasting experience.
